Sarah is the Chief Patient Officer at Antidote, where she has "one of the best jobs in the world" helping patients get access to the frontline treatments being tested in clinical trials by developing an extensive network of online partners. Some of the highlights of her career at Antidote include leading a project with the White House and National Cancer Institute and helping to raise a $13.5 million series B round. Previously, Sarah was CMO of MePlease and CEO of Spellbound. She is also a Peabody Award winner and Emmy-nominated filmmaker who has had the privilege of directing actors such as Claire Danes, Jenny Agutter, and Laura Dern. At Antidote, she is putting these skills to work by making a series of short films about some extraordinary patients and their pioneering role in medical research. Prior to moving to England in 2008, Sarah spent 15 years in Silicon Valley working at companies such as the legendary General Magic. She was privileged to be an apprentice with Andy Rubin, Tony Fadell, Pierre Omidyar, and Megan Smith who changed life as we know it by developing iconic products and services including the Android Platform, the iPhone, and EBay. Her feature documentary about General Magic is scheduled to be released in 2017.
